From Barron Falls, your Skyrail experience continues through the mountains before gliding over the mighty Barron River and arriving at Skyrail’s Kuranda Terminal.
As you enter the terminal make sure you lookout for ‘Flash’ the frog. ‘Flash’ will capture your rainforest photo as your gondola arrives into the terminal.
Your personalised Skyrail souvenir photo will be on display as you enter the terminal foyer (photos print in less than two minutes).
Before continuing the remainder of your day take the opportunity to browse through Skyrail’s souvenir shop and take home a unique memento of your rainforest experience.
For those guests commencing their Skyrail experience from Kuranda, the terminal houses a ticketing and boarding pass collection point.
The Skyrail terminal is located a short walk from the famous village of Kuranda. Kuranda, the ‘Village in the Rainforest’, is home to many attractions including Australia’s largest butterfly sanctuary, a lively bird aviary and a diverse range of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Your return journey to Cairns will continue with a day tour option, the Kuranda Scenic Railway or a return on Skyrail – either way you’re sure to experience a lasting memories of your Skyrail rainforest adventure and the beauty of Tropical North Queensland.
